"Boards" is in the left pane but not listed in the "Directory"

On the first page "Boads" shows up on the top left but no in the "Directory" in the center of the page. There are more inconsistencies (e.g. API Docs). That's probably fine but we should somewhere spell out what the directory and what the left pane is used for.
