broken link on API Documentation page

The API Documentation page has a broken link: "Squeekboard HACKING.md guide".

I think it's supposed to go to https://developer.puri.sm/projects/squeekboard/hacking.html, but I don't understand enough RST magic to make this happen.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
