Running librem5 software on an emulator

Based on these posts:

https://blog.bshah.in/2017/11/23/emulate-plasma-mobile/ https://www.hamishmb.com/blog/kde-plasma-mobile-review-on-qemu-part-2/

is there any variation you can provide to emulate librem5 software?

What I'm looking for is something that ensures any app developed or ported would work on librem5

Another option is a tutorial with GNOME Builder and its deviced support
