Need a basic gitlab flow tutorial

Epic: https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/use-cases/issues/62

Users new to git/gitlab may get confused with submitting patches. Example situations:

  • they check out the Librem5/foo repo and want to push their changes, but are not allowed
  • they fork the repo and want to push their changes, but the origin is still at the old repo
  • updating the private remote with the librem5 one

I think we need at least to link out to some GitLab tutorial.
