Improve matrix room mentions

A community member pointed out the uselessness of having the ID listed for each chat room. Perhaps it would be better to change each line so instead of:

community/librem-5 (ID: !BSqRHgvCtIsGittkBG:talk.puri.sm) : For Librem 5 development chatter

we would have:

community/librem-5 (#community-librem-5:talk.puri.sm) : For Librem 5 development chatter
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
