Please expain how to debug flatpaks (prompted by https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/Apps_Issues/merge_requests/5). A broad introduction then linking out to proper uptream docs would do IMHO.

Once a page/section has been added on debugging flatpaks, a bullet point on flatpak log gathering/debugging should be added to Apps_issues/.gitlab/issue_templates/bug.md.
