Assign footprints and component properties to all diodes (including LEDs)

Using Lite-On's LTST-C190GKT (0603, 2.1V @ 20mA) instead of Broadcom's HSMG-C170 (0805, 2.2V @ 20mA) in the ethernet circuit.
