On the devkit Web is not seen as a mobile browser by some websites

I take Youtube as an example because it is a widely used website that I think we will want to have working on Librem 5.

When going to m.youtube.com from the devkit, the website is automatically redirected to www.youtube.com/?app=desktop and displays a UI layout that is not usable on the phone screen.
