Don't disable presentation mode
Ideally we'd sort out Librem5/debs/epiphany#32 resolved and have a touch friendly fix in place, alternatively it is possible to get out of the presentation mode using the keybords ESC so we shouldn't disable it completely (otherwise it's hard to give presentations wit the L5) after bringing up the shell's chrome via swipe from top and then unfolding the OSK.
(N.B. this almost screwed up giving my talk the Regensburg MiniDebconf - fortunately i noticed 30m before and could downgrade to the package in Debian
