No audio feedback on OnePlus 6, vibration only

When I receive a phone call on OnePlus 6 (oneplus-enchilada) the audio ringtone does not play, I only hear a constant vibration.

This behavior can be reproduced with the fbcli command from the phone.

Do you have hints on how to collect more information on this issue?
