Allow override of system theme for close contacts
There are use cases where a user would want to override the system profile by labeling some contacts as close contacts, and allowing those contacts to trigger feedback on a higher level than is currently set. For instance, a parent may want to be reached by their child even when their phone is on silent. Or, somebody who is on call may need notifications regardless of the set profile.
