GNOME Clocks AM/PM Time has leading '0'

Seeing AM/PM time in GNOME Clocks at some screens still has a leading '0'

So IIUC the format, when using AM/PM there shouldn't be a leading 0 for the hours? I'll check where the issue cames from (in the 24h format we always use 2 digits for the hours).

gnome_wall_clock should get that right (using i18n for that) but at least for me is seems it does not care:

LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 gnome-clocks

does not seem to change to anything useful.

Correct:

"12:59 PM" rolls to "1:00 PM"
