Settings Users Automatic Login disabled (should it even be there?)

What problem did you encounter

Automatic Login appears but is disabled

What is the actual behaviour?

Automatic Login cannot be used (it's disabled it seems)

What is the expected behaviour?

I would expect it to not even be there, but if it is there why have it there but disabled?
