Support PIN passwords

Currently Phosh supports passwords as PIN codes only, but GNOME Settings supports passwords with any character and doesn't encourage to use a PIN code.

We should allow and encourage the use of a PIN code in Settings, and until Phosh can enter random characters we should offer only that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
