Implement Access Point settings

- List all access points available for the network
- Add a way to set default accesspoint (ie, locked to a specific sim id)
- Allow users to add access points (ie, locked to a specific network)
- Allow users to edit access points
- Allow users to enable data roaming
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
