Region & Language: missing DnD icon

There's a drag and drop handle icon on the very left of the language list rows, which is currently missing (shows the missing-icon icon rather than the real one). Perhaps we need a newer version of adwaita-icon-theme? IIRC this icon was added during the 3.32 cycle.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
