Displays panel doesn't fit

The Displays panel currently doesn't fit, because the content on the Night Light tab is too wide. Longer-term we need to redesign this, along with other parts of this panel (see #54), but for now I think we can just hide it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
