Cannot switch off Mobile Data

After being switched on from the Cellular panel, Mobile Data (which works well as a feature) cannot be switched back to off unless the device is rebooted.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to the Cellular panel
  3. Switch Mobile Data to on (make sure you have an access point selected for that to work)
  4. Do some web browsing
  5. Go back to Settings
  6. Switch Mobile Data to off

Mobile data won't visually switch off on the UI and the data network will still be operational.

Only after rebooting the phone, it will be possible to switch Mobile Data off.
