Settings Power Button Action not valid

What problem did you encounter

Changing the "Power Button Action" of Settings > Power has no visible change

What is the actual behaviour?

Drop down change does no impact device behavior.

What is the expected behaviour?

To do what is represented in the drop-down, or not have the drop-down
