Settings Date & Time Time Zone Map Select with Keyboard back button and scrolling issues

Time Zone select with keyboard moves back-button too high
What is the actual behaviour?
Time Zone select back-button off the top of the screen
What is the expected behaviour?
Time Zone select back-button appears properly at the top of the screen
How to reproduce
- Open Keyboard
- Click Time Zone
- See back-button too high
