Settings Region & Language Input Sources gear icon shows "Keyboard Shortcuts" probably meant for desktop/laptop not phone

What problem did you encounter

Clicked on the gear icon under Settings > Region & Language > Input Sources and saw "Keyboard Shortcuts" that would clearly not work for a phone keyboard.

What is the actual behaviour?

Shown something that isn't phone specific

What is the expected behaviour?

Not having this shown? (probably needs Design input)
