Add method of turning on/off WWAN devices

Mayge there's some gnome-settings-daemon vs gnome-control-center (GNOME Settings) confusion here?

rfkill handling needs a look though.

Right and I know about this because it's attached to the issue linked in the first checkbox... but it hasn't been merged upstream, so I thought this still needed some work or review or something.

I'm not sure.. both upstream issues linked are to g-s-d, so I naturally assumed the issues are in g-s-d :) Please let me know if something needs to change.

g-s-d is a of deamons. gsd-rfkill for rfkill and gsd-wwan for wwan specific things. rfkill is not dependent on gsd-wwan but on gsd-rfkill and it needs ui in gnome-control center.

Oh ok, that makes sense. I thought gsd was one daemon that included rfkill and wwan things.

The missing part was in gnome-control-center, which should now be fixed.

There is now a switch on wwan panel headerbar to enable/disable wwan devices.
