We should have only one Software application in the apps grid

GNOME Software depends on "Software & Updates" (software-properties-gnome) which has its own icon within the apps grid.

This makes 2 apps show up, that seem to be used for installing software and it is confusing :

Instead, "Software & Updates", which is only for settings purpose shouldn't be a proper app in the apps grid and only triggered by the settings of GNOME Software.
