Change "All" to "Explore"

In upstream GNOME Software we've changed the "All" navigation item to "Explore", because it wasn't a good description:

I'd do the same here until we get a newer version of Software. I'm not sure what the best icon would be, but I think the navigate icon from icon-devel-kit could work (https://teams.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/Design/icon-development-kit-www)
