Usage offers force kill apps, but doesn't offer delete folder/file

Tried to remove a useless large folder, but couldn't

Long press on a folder didn't offer a delete option (similar to the force quit application feature)

Long press offers a delete option
How to reproduce
- See how to force quit application on the "Performance" tab
- Notice there is no similar feature for removing a 'large' folder from the "Storage" tab
