Use https for apt
Do we want to install apt-transport-https and use https://deb.debian.org* for apt?
When we move to a PureOS base, its repos use https so I'm not sure if there is value setting up https apt usage with debian mirrors for short time usage. A community member brought this up and it is worth discussing.
