expire root account

we need a

usermod --expiredate 1

see !123 (merged) and OS-issues#60 (closed)

tests:

/etc/shadow looks correct
root login via ssh is not possible
root login via serial console (usb or pin header) is not possible
user purism can still login via ssh
user purism can still login via serial console
