Undefault ci builds

Guido Gunther requested to merge guido.gunther/image-builder:undefault-ci-builds into master

This allows us to build "pure" PureOS purple builds (once all packages are in the archive). I'd like to test this with at least laboratory once all packages are in so let's not merge before that.

  • test with laboratory
  • adjust jenkins jobs (distribution needs +ci added and we might want to do a PureOS purple build on a weekly basis as well)
