Now that our

   https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-jenkins/pull/190

is merged. This unbreaks rollout with ansible 2.5.

Sometimes buster is just not recent enough

to avoid warnings when running

    ansible-galaxy install -r requirements.yml

multiple times.

The upstream role can't handle /var/lib/jenkins being a symlink
so switch to our fork until this is fixed.

We should use vaults or ansible's pass backend for credentials
