gen-public-types generates empty init function with FreeBSD's default sed

which causes the GObjects to not get registered, which causes Builder stuff to fail. (Oddly, it somehow worked anyway in my gtkmm app, but not GtkD..)

I guess a quick solution would be to prefer gsed instead of sed when that exists.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
