Drop the 'hdy' prefix in CSS names

I suggest dropping the 'hdy' prefix to CSS names, so we can modify Adwaita for libhandy in a way that isn't exclusive to us, so it can be accepted.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
