Offer HighContrast themes

Thanks to !413 (merged) we will be able to offer style for different themes. Hence, we should offer HighContrast themes to be sure our styles and widgets work well with accessibility.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
