Various list row issues

The hover state is a bit too dark (mockup for comparison):

I'm not sure we want to go quite as light as the mockup, but the status quo is definitely a bit dark.

For combo rows (and really all rows with a "value" on the right) the value should be light gray:

The expander row jumps a little bit when closing (Maybe 1px due to the border disappearing?):

List rows with buttons should not be activated via click on the row background (rather than the button itself), not only because it's weird semantically but also because there are some visual glitches (e.g. when long-pressing there's an active state flash on mouseup)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
