macOS Build Instructions

As a person that uses macOS from time to time to do GTK development on, I would find it nice if there where some macOS build instructions in addition to the Debian-based ones; I've already got libhandy to work on Catalina and have documented the process in a GitHub Gist - it seems to be working fine!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
