Phosh overview broken with current libhandy

I'm frequently seeing things like the attched screenshot (overview windows being cut off and not centered anymore, they also don't react to swipes). The overview paginator is then basically not usable anymore until I restart phosh. There weren't any phosh changes in that area and it goes away when switching back to 0.0.11.

this is with gtk 3.24.12.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
