Default wallpaper

I did a bit of digging for a nice, neutral default wallpaper and found this: https://unsplash.com/photos/cfR-V1QuEKw

Eventually we'll maybe want something custom with multiple states for time-based switching, but this would be a decent default for now.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
