Hide/uninstall apps that we don't need on the phone

The current app drawer contains a number of apps that don't make sense on the phone/devkit as-is.

Not yet adaptive:

• Calendar
• Maps
• Document Viewer
• Chess
• Gedit (not fully adaptive yet, also #19 (closed) and Apps_Issues#151 (closed))

Not useful for the phone (and also not adaptive):

• Vim
• GVim
• Advanced Network Configuration
• dconf Editor

Should not be installed by default because it's explicitly for things that are not supported:

• Tweaks

Some of these come with command line apps/libraries, so we probably need to hide the desktop files, others we can just uninstall for now.
