Gedit has confusing display name

Gedit is currently pre-installed on the image, with the display name "gedit Text Editor". It should be just "Text Editor", because our policy (and GNOME's) is to have generic names for all core apps.

I'm not sure where this bug comes from (Debian?), but we should either address it upstream, or patch downstream.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
