Set correct BM818 audio channel mapping

Although BM818 consumes stereo audio stream, it appears that it randomly decides which channel it's going to use for the call.

This has burned me a few times when configuring echo cancellation. It would be nice to set channel mapping in ALSA/PulseAudio so both output channels are treated as mono channels and contain the same downmixed content.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
