Use g_multi instead of g_serial to deliver Ethernet

As a result, there's both serial and Ethernet over the cable.

Unfortunately, this requires the creation of a dummy mass storage device, not used by the device in any way.

I'm not using a WIP, because I allow that I might actually have done it reasonably well.
