Needs an update for phosh 0.20.0 and swipe gestures

The docs says to tap the bars while it's swiping with 0.20.0 so we need to update the docs when phosh 0.20.0 enters byzantium.

(the quick start guide doesn't seem to mention it so that should be o.k.)
