HDMI output has black bars at the top and bottom and is not displaying content properly
As can be seen in the following photos, the HDMI output is not displaying correctly. The four Tuxes on boot have their head cut off:
In rootston, the display has odd black bars at the top and bottom which seems very odd; the cursor can go into the black area at the top of the display rather than stopping at the edge as I would expect. The cursor can also go off the left side of the display. The cursor is not "crisp" looking; edges that should be fixed and aligned to pixels are not and "leak" onto pixels outside the cursor icon. It is as though the display buffer is improperly zoomed or something. (There is no scale= in rootston.ini.)
This is a change in behaviour; as can be seen from this previous video, the HDMI display (at least) has been proper, with no black bars at the top or bottom:
I'm not sure what has changed to make this happen but as it appears with the Tuxes on boot, it's clearly not limited to rootston/phosh.
