arm64: dts: imx8mq: disable SuperSpeed instances in park mode

Clayton Craft requested to merge craftyguy/linux-next:disable_ss_park_mode into pureos/byzantium

This seem to have solved the issue of the modem disappearing completely during a usb reset (though doesn't seem to do anything for the resets themselves).

This change was suggested by Martin Kepplinger in https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/linux-next/-/issues/197#note_114221
