arm64: dts: imx8mq-librem5: enable the voice coil driver
This reverts commit e46d161a and thus enables the voice coil driver again. Rather remove it at runtime if needed:
echo 3-000c > /sys/bus/i2c/devices/3-000c/driver/unbind
