Changes for Wifi cards other than redpine

This adds support for Marvell and Cypress M.2 cards.

Marvel 88W8997 M.2 cards work out of the box once the firmware has been added to the rootfs.

Cypress cards have not worked yet likely needing tweaks to the .txt file that holds the nvram settings. 1LV and 1MW modules have been tested.

Reducing the bus speed allows Cypress cards to probe and should increase gnss sensitivity.
