Purism redpine driver

Add the ability to load the redpine firmware from the RS9116 on board flash.

This branch works with bluetoothctl.

For NetworkManager the MAC randomization and rsi_91x options are required. https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/linux-next/issues/102
