[PATCH] VA-API: support Hantro VDE

Hantro VDE engine is already mainlined, but only for Rockchip.

Additional patching for h264 (open MRs, not required):

  • libva-v4l2-request [2] [3]
  • libva [4]

Steps required:

  • implement Hantro in DeviceTree (update DONE)
  • compile kernel with Hantro support (update DONE)
  • test VA-API with mpeg2 video (linaro samples)
