Big camera doesn't survive switch flip

Testing procedure:

  1. Boot with switch on
  2. Run Megapixels (camera stream shown)
  3. Close Megapixels
  4. Set switch to off
  5. Run Megapixels (no camera stream)
  6. Close Megapixels
  7. Set switch to on
  8. Run Megapixels

Expected result: camera stream shown

Actual result: no camera stream shown

This happens only when Megapixels is started while the switch is off. The switch can be flipped at will as long as Megapixels never sees it in the "off" position.
