Hang when scanning (taking picture of) QR code

I tried to use millipixels to take a picture of a QR code. The QR code was from a 2FA QR code from within Authenticator.

I opened millipixels, and with the camera I looked at the QR code. I saw a blue rectangle detecting the QR code, next to the QR code was a string. I pressed the take photo button and millipixels hang.
