Avoid pop/click sound when suspending / powering down

when suspending, one can hear a click / pop sound from the speaker. Thanks @eric.kuzmenko for explaining this:

there's a MUTE# GPIO that we can control to reduce this pop sound, it should already be defined in our device tree, we just need to make sure it's muted then unmute when powering up and mute before powering down
